Elon Musk has hinted at a potential breakthrough for Tesla—a flying car prototype could debut by year-end. During a recent podcast with Joe Rogan, Musk teased "crazy technology" in the works, suggesting the new Roadster iteration WOULD surpass even James Bond's most extravagant vehicles. The CEO previously referenced aerial capabilities at a 2024 fan event and earnings call, reviving a concept first floated during Tesla's original Roadster production (2008-2012).

Delays have plagued the Roadster's redesign since its initially planned 2020 launch. Musk's latest comments, however, signal renewed momentum. No technical specifications were disclosed, but the billionaire emphasized the reveal would be visually and technologically unforgettable—a marked departure from earlier designs.
